social media coordinator
A successful Social Media Coordinator will create and maintain an online brand presence across a variety of platforms. This position requires deep knowledge of operating within Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. If you are an organized “type A” creative, with strong communication skills this position would be a great fit for you.
Social Media Coordinator responsibilities are:
-Research current trends and audience preferences in order to help our team create relevant, yet original content for each client
-Facilitate and engage in online conversations with customers٫ including responding to queries or questions.Implement and execute an optimal posting schedule٫ taking into consideration metrics, customer engagement and client preferences
-Suggest and research new ways to attract or engage customers٫ including promotions٫ contests٫ or other methodsUnderstanding KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media
-Tracking and creating reports on customer engagement for each client
-Collaborating with internal team to establish relationships with influencers for client campaigns and manage those partnerships
Social Media Coordinator requirements are:
-Familiarity with social marketing strategies and how to best implement those strategies
-Has worked with or managed influencers of all different levels -Ability to predict and grasp future social trends in order to anticipate follower engagement
-Extensive knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
-Must be extremely organized and know how to project manage oneself
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to multitask
-Excellent time management skills.
-Ability to work well with others, a true team player
-BS degree in Marketing٫ or another similar field OR prior experience in social media marketing.
Position is primarily work from home, but candidate must be in the Austin, Tx area.
